Notes on Prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts are available for monthly lets.
The rental includes maid service once a week, all bed linens and towels (including pool towels) and, in the summer months electricity and gas. In winter electricity is not included and you will be billed separately for this at the end of your stay. There will be a charge made for logs used for the open fire. The telephone can accept incoming calls and local and emergency outgoing calls only.
Booking notes:
A 25% non-returnable deposit id required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. A security deposit of £400 to cover damage and breakage's is payable with the balance and will be returned to you, less any charges.
Please note:
Guests are responsible for removing all rubbish from the property on departure. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of some of the security deposit. Similarly we would ask guests to leave the property in a clean and tidy state. Additional cleaning over and above that normally required will result in a forfeit of part of the security deposit.
There are numerous household waste disposal bins situated along roads at regular intervals with off-road parking for a car. Bins are also situated in public car parks in the villages. Please ensure that you remove food waste on a regular basis to prevent any infestations.
Changeover day:
Saturday to Saturday. Guests must vacate the property by 10a.m. in order that the house can be prepared for incoming guests. Incoming guests can access the property from 4p.m.
