Newly renovated 200 year old Olive Mill with spacious accommodation including 5 en-suite bedrooms, including two cots and a private heated pool. The Moulin is set in a secluded location with stunning views from all aspects to the nearby village of Bargemon and the surrounding oak clad hills.
The informal gardens have an abundance of native trees including olive, mulberry, fig, silver birch and cypress to name but a few. There is a small fruit orchard with cherries, apples and mirabelles - guests are encouraged to pick the fruits when ripe.
The terrace in front of the Moulin is south facing with a 10 x 5m heated pool which is fully enclosed in accordance with French law (ANFOR). Below the terrace is a grassed area where outdoor table tennis, croquet, badminton and quoits can be enjoyed. There is a boules pitch to the rear of the property. Gas BBQ.

Notes on accommodation:
The house is arranged around two staircases thus allowing for only a part of the house to be used if necessary, and is particularly convenient if more than one family is staying.
Pets are allowed, providing they are house-trained. Guests must ensure that pets do not foul the gardens or house or the security deposit may be forfeit.
